Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders placed on Crucialsupps.com are only shipped to valid.

Crucialsupps.com orders ship complete. Orders only ship when all items on order are in stock. If an item on order displays a "lead time," that item is not in stock, and the order will be delayed until all items are in stock. When the item becomes available, the order will be processed and shipped.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Orders must be placed before 1 p.m. AST to be processed the same day.

SHIPPING COSTS

Different shipping methods will be available depending on the item(s) you purchase on Crucialsupps.com and the location to which the items will be delivered.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. (Please note that some items may offer only one shipping method.) Shipping costs depend on the items in your order, your selected shipping method, and your location. Your shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the completion of your order.  Some exclusions may apply. Oversized and hazardous products may only be available for pickup at our stores or for delivery to business account customers via our trucks. Freight charges may apply. Customers will be notified of freight costs before shipping if necessary. Expedited shipping methods do not guarantee a delivery date.

FINDING YOUR ORDER STATUS

Once you have submitted an order on Crucialsupps.com, you will receive a confirmation email or text shortly after that. The confirmation email will contain a link to your order. Tracking numbers will be displayed on the order detail page once shipped.

HOW IS ORDER STATUS DIFFERENT FROM TRACKING INFORMATION?

Crucialsupps.com supplies the status of your order and represents what is happening with it from the time you place it until it ships from our warehouse. Once your order has shipped and leaves our warehouse, it is handled by a shipping carrier (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS). The shipping carrier may provide tracking information until your order is delivered*. You can check your order status and tracking information by clicking the link in your confirmation email.

*Tracking information may not be available for up to 48 hours after an item is shipped from our warehouse.
